Corrections Policy
We'd rather fix a mistake fast than defend it. Here's exactly how that works.

📩 How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Correction" and include:
- the URL of the article,
- the specific statement you believe is wrong,
- why it's wrong — ideally with a source (a platform's official page, announcement, or documentation).
Anyone may submit a correction request: readers, platform operators, or their representatives.
🔍 How we handle it
- Verification first. We check the claim against primary sources before changing anything. Being asked to change something is not, by itself, a reason to change it.
- Factual errors (wrong pricing, wrong feature description, outdated availability) are corrected in the article text once confirmed.
- Material corrections — anything that could have changed a reader's decision — get a visible correction note on the article along with an updated date.
- Minor fixes such as typos, formatting, or broken internal links are made silently.
- Outdated content. If a platform has materially changed since publication, we either update the article or add a dated note flagging what changed.
🚫 What this policy doesn't cover
Differences of editorial opinion are not corrections. If a platform disagrees with our assessment but the underlying facts are accurate, we may note their position, but we won't change a verdict on request. Requests to remove content for copyright or legal reasons follow the DMCA & Content Removal process instead.
⏱️ Timelines
We aim to acknowledge correction reports within 2–5 business days and resolve confirmed factual errors promptly after verification. Complex claims that require deeper checking may take longer; we'll say so if that's the case.
